So far I think Fathom has been fantastic. I have been using Otter for the past few years and this, by far, knocks Otter out of the running.

Fathom is the most useful tool I’ve ever used. Yes, even better than Gong. The instant call summaries are incredibly accurate, and the ability to share highlights or full transcripts with my team makes follow-ups and internal alignment effortless.

Post-meeting action items are gold. The "Ask Fathom" feature is also amazing. Asking questions such as "What were the top three reasons Michael would not want to move forward with my solution?" is fantastic.

Fathom is the absolute best AI recorder. It is a fraction of the price of Gong and is absolutely better. I cannot imagine why anyone would want another tool.

Fathom has been transformative for my team from a productivity and data integrity perspective. The integration with Google Meet and Hubspot have made our forecast calls much more direct and accurate. Outperformed Otter and Fireflies, hands down, in every category we tested. I use it for every meeting. It was easy to onboard, easy to configure, and support was also amazing, both throughout my trial to check on me, and after I purchased.

I switched from Otter.ai to Fathom and the difference is night and day. Fathom’s automatic call summaries, smart tagging, and seamless Zoom integration save me hours every week. Unlike Otter, Fathom actually captures the nuance of conversations, not just the words.

It’s such a nice experience to not worry about missing important notes or to do’s during calls I’m also a big fan of using fathom to transcribe sales calls, so I can gather valuable insights about my ideal clients. I recommend Fathom to all my friends and clients!

Fathom is by far the best AI note-taking tool available. Compared to similar tools, including Gong, the quality of transcription, action generation, and summary generation, is second to none. Nothing even comes close.

I have been trying a number of different notetakers in the past 6 months (Read Ai, Otter, Gemini) and Fathom provides far and away the best summaries post-meeting. I used to take my own notes alongside the other notetakers as my notes were generally better, but now I don't bother doing that any more!
